You'll learn the fundamentals of prompting Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, and see real-world examples of how research teams are using it day-to-day.
Lesson 2: Qualitative and Quantitative Research with Copilot. Practical workflows for using Copilot on qualitative analysis, transcript review, coding, survey design, and quantitative analysis in Excel - including techniques for grounding Copilot in your project files.
Lesson 3: Storyfinding, Reporting, and Scaling Copilot Across the Team. Building reports and decks with Copilot, finding and shaping the story in your data, and practical guidance on rolling Copilot out to a research team - including governance, prompts libraries, and quality control.
